What Neo 4K costs, and what moves between the terms
Four rows, and the only number that changes between them is how much a month works out at. Everything else on this page - the pack you select at checkout, the adult flag, the delivery method, the number of connections - is decided separately from the term and is unaffected by which of the four you pick.
All four rows are quoted in US dollars, and the conversion into your own currency is done by the gateway at the moment it charges the card.

Length changes the price, not the service
Three months at $17.00 and twenty-four at $75.00 buy the same thing for different lengths of time. Same pack choice at checkout, same streams behind it, same address answering when something needs looking at - the per-month figure is the only number that moves, and it moves from $5.67 to $3.13.

About plans and payment
Does a longer Neo 4K term give me more channels?
No, and this is the thing worth understanding before you buy. Two separate choices are made at checkout and they do different jobs. The term - three, six, twelve or twenty-four months - decides how long the line lives and what it costs. The pack - one of USA, Europe and Arabic, with the adult categories switched on or left off - decides what is in it. Twenty-four months of the Europe pack is twenty-four months of the Europe pack; it does not quietly acquire the USA channels along the way. So pick the pack on what your household actually watches and the term on how long you want to stop thinking about it.
Is there a programme guide, and how much of it will I see?
Yes, and how far it runs is not something your order decides. Two different things are being delivered to your player: the channel list, which comes from your pack, and the guide, which is a separate dataset stitched onto that list channel by channel. Because the guide is assembled from what each broadcaster chooses to publish about its own schedule, one channel in your pack may show a fortnight of listings and the one below it a single evening. Paying for a longer term buys you more months of the service, not more days of schedule. A channel showing no listings at all is a different matter - that is a join that has come apart at our end, so send us the channel name and we will reconnect it.
Is Neo 4K the same as Samsung Neo QLED, the DJI Neo, or the Dune HD Neo 4K Plus?
No, and none of the three is related to this in any way. Samsung Neo QLED is a television range, the DJI Neo is a camera drone, and the Dune HD Neo 4K Plus is a media player box - all hardware, all made by other companies, all sharing one word with us. Neo 4K is a subscription: what you receive is a username and a password, what you supply is a screen you already own and an internet connection, and nothing is ever delivered to your door.
What does Neo 4K cost, and is there a monthly plan?
Four terms, each paid once and in full: three months $17.00, six months $33.00, twelve months $45.00, twenty-four months $75.00. There is deliberately no monthly option and no lifetime tier, so a quarter is the shortest commitment on the list. Per month that ladder reads $5.67, $5.50, $3.75 and $3.13, which shows where the real saving sits - the step worth taking is six months to twelve, not three to six.
Is there a Neo 4K APK or app, and which player works best?
There is. Our Android and Fire TV build is hosted at neo4k.app and the Windows one is a Microsoft Store listing. Neither is compulsory: any player fluent in Xtream Codes will take a Neo 4K line. Samsung and LG are the exception in practice, because neither set will accept a sideloaded app, so the player has to come from the store built into the television. Where a player supports both interfaces, take Xtream - it pulls a large regional pack in stages instead of in one lump, and catch-up travels only down that route.
