Neo 4K: the list loads and nothing opens
This is the one fault that looks like a dead subscription and is not. Your line is alive, your pack is intact and your password is correct; what has gone wrong is the route between your internet provider and the particular address the line was issued against. Neo 4K publishes several mirror addresses for exactly this, and moving to one of them is an edit on your own device that changes nothing else about the account.
Six steps, in order
They are the same on every player, because what is being edited is one field, not a setting particular to any app. Read step one before doing anything: it is what tells you whether the other five are worth your time.
1. Confirm it really is the host
The signature of this fault is narrow: the channel list appears in full, categories open, and every channel you select sits there and never starts. If the list itself is empty, or if channels play and then stall part-way, this is the wrong page - that is a credential problem or a bandwidth one, and swapping the address will not touch it.
2. Find your server address
It is on the account page beside the line, and in the mail that delivered it. In an Xtream setup it is the field labelled server, host or portal; in an M3U setup it hides inside the link, in the run of characters that begins after http:// and stops at the first colon. Everything past that colon - the port, get.php, your username and your password - is yours and does not change.
3. Take a backup address from the same mail
The credentials mail lists Neo 4K mirror addresses under the primary one. They are alternative front doors onto the same account: the username and password are unchanged, and the one you pick makes no difference to what is in the pack. Copy the first one exactly, then check that nothing tagged itself onto the end: a stray space picked up by a paste gets more good addresses refused than anything else on this page.
4. Replace the host, and nothing else
In an Xtream player, clear the server field and paste the new address in. In an M3U link, highlight only the host itself - what lies after http:// and before the first colon - and replace that much. Editing on a phone or a laptop is far quicker than doing it with a remote, and on most players the line can be edited in place rather than deleted and re-added.
5. Make the player fetch the list again
Saving the edit is not enough on its own: most players hold the old catalogue in memory. Close the app completely - not just back out of it - and reopen, or use its own refresh option if it has one. What you are waiting for is the list to be pulled down from the new address rather than read from the cache.
6. If the first backup does not answer, work down the list
Mirrors are not interchangeable from where you sit. Which of them your internet provider routes well to varies by country and by hour, which is why there is more than one. Try the second, then the third, before concluding anything. If every one of them behaves identically, the fault is not the address and the order number should come to us.
Why there is more than one address at all
A mirror is not a spare in case of a breakdown. All of them are live, all of them serve the same account, and which one performs best from your house depends on the path your provider happens to take to each - something that can change on a Tuesday for reasons nobody in this conversation controls. Keeping the list somewhere you can find it is worth more than any setting in the player.
When this is the wrong page
If a single channel is poor while its neighbours are fine, the source of that channel is the problem and no address will fix it - the help centre covers that case.
