Neo 4K terms of service

Last updated 31 August 2026

1. Who these bind

They bind anyone who completes an order on neo.4k.iptv.ad, from the moment the order is placed. If a clause below is one you are not willing to be held to, the time to stop is before you pay rather than after, and support will answer a question about any of them first.

2. What the money buys

Your payment settles two independent questions at checkout, neither tradable for the other later. One is the region pack - American, European or Arabic, adult categories included or left out - which fixes what the line carries. The other is the length, three months up to twenty-four, which fixes how long it runs. More months never enlarge the pack, and we give no undertaking that any named channel sits inside one: feeds move, and an inventory printed today is out of date within weeks. Ask about a channel before ordering and you will be told plainly.

3. Connections, not devices

You buy a number of simultaneous connections. Installing a player on more screens than that costs nothing and is not counted; what is counted is streams actually running at one moment, and the ceiling is applied at the server. Going over it does not usually produce an error - it produces a channel that never starts. The set nobody is watching in the spare room holds its connection exactly as firmly as the one the family is sat in front of.

4. How the line reaches you

Once the payment gateway confirms the transaction, the Neo panel provisions the line with your pack and term already applied, and the credentials appear on the order page and in the email address you gave. We publish no activation time and will not invent one: the panel is not waiting on a person, but a bank that holds a payment for extra checks holds the whole sequence with it. The email address is yours to get right; a typo there is the one failure we cannot see from our side.

5. Use it in your own house

The credentials are for your household. Reselling them, publishing them, or running them for people outside it ends the subscription without a refund, and does so on the evidence of the connection log rather than on suspicion. This is the only clause here we enforce without a conversation first.

6. What we do not promise

No streaming service can promise every channel will work at every moment, and one that does is describing something it does not control. Individual feeds degrade, get renamed or disappear upstream of us. We will fix what is ours to fix and say plainly when something is not, but a single channel changing is not in itself a failure of the subscription. What is in your home - the router, the wireless, the tariff, the box - is yours, and support will help you find a fault there without it becoming our fault.

7. Payment

Prices are published in US dollars and your card is billed the local-currency equivalent through the payment gateway on the day. Each term is paid once, in full, at the start. Nothing here renews itself; we keep no card on file, and no card number ever reaches this site - what comes back from the gateway is a result and a reference.

8. Ending a subscription

We can stop a line that breaches clause 5, that was paid for fraudulently, or that has had a chargeback raised against it before anyone spoke to us. On the last of those, see the refund policy: coming to us first is faster than going to your bank and, unlike a chargeback, it is reversible.

9. Changes to this page

These terms are revised from time to time, and the date at the top is when. Whatever is published here at the moment you order is what governs that order; a later revision does not reach backwards into it.
