Who holds your data
This site, neo.4k.iptv.ad, is published by the Neo 4K team, who also run the brand ’s main site at neo4k.app and issue every line on the Neo panel. The same people answer support@4kzone.site and the WhatsApp number on the contact page, and they are who to write to about anything on this page. There is no separate data-processing company behind the brand and no third-party marketing operation attached to it.
What we collect
An order needs four things from you and keeps a fifth of its own. The four are a name, a contact email, a phone number and the country you are ordering from. The fifth is the shape of the subscription itself: which term you bought, which pack, whether the adult flag was set, and which of the three hand-over formats the line was issued in - Xtream fields, a flat M3U link, or a portal for a MAG box. A MAG order carries one extra item, the box’s MAC address, for the unavoidable reason that on a portal the MAC is the credential - there is nothing else for the server to recognise.
What never reaches us
Card numbers do not touch this site. Your card details are typed into pages the payment provider serves rather than into ours, and the only thing travelling back here is an approval or a decline with a reference string to file against the NEOA- order. We could not produce your card number if you asked us to. Nor is there any viewing record to produce: the panel authenticates a line, it does not keep a history of which channels that line opened or when.
Why we hold it
There are four purposes and there is no fifth. Creating your line on the Neo panel, and pushing its expiry out again when a renewal is paid. Getting the credentials to an address that actually reaches you. Reading a support message with the real NEOA- order open beside it instead of guessing. Keeping a transaction record, as any business that sells anything must.
Cookies
This site sets one cookie and it does one job: keeping you signed in. It appears only once you have signed in or started an order, never on a first visit to a page you are only reading. What it holds is a random session token - a meaningless string that points at a session on our side - and it is flagged HttpOnly and Secure, so no script on the page can read it and it will not travel over a plain connection. Nothing here advertises, profiles or follows you off the site.
Who else sees it
Exactly two, and both are unavoidable if the thing you paid for is to exist. One is the payment provider, which has to charge the card. The other is the Neo panel, where your NEOA- order turns into a working line. The list stops there. No data is sold or rented, and no ad network learns anything about you, for the simple reason that this site carries none.
How long it stays
Your account and the orders sitting under it are held for as long as the account is being used, plus a stretch afterwards long enough to settle the books and answer a late question about an old subscription. Ask for the account to be deleted and it will be, minus whatever a transaction record has to keep for tax and accounting reasons - we cannot delete our own books, and anyone who tells you otherwise is not keeping any.
Your rights
You may ask to see the record kept under your name, ask for a wrong detail in it to be put right, or ask for the whole of it to be erased. Write from the address the order was placed under - that is how we know it is you asking - to support@4kzone.site, and it will be dealt with rather than filed.
Security
Every page here is served over HTTPS; there is no plain-HTTP version to fall back to. Account passwords are kept as one-way hashes, which means a stolen database yields hashes rather than passwords and we ourselves cannot read yours back to you - if you lose it, it is reset rather than retrieved. Customer records are reachable only by the people answering support.
